This time I
want to tell you about book and film series which I have grown up with. It is
Harry Potter series. I really like stories and films about this boy. I was 7
years old when I saw “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets” in the cinema
for the first time. I was really impressed by it, so I ask my dad to go with me
to a book shop and buy me “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” and “Harry
Potter and the Chamber of Secrets”. Magical world, which every child can dive
in with Rowling’s books, is fantastic. Now I have all 7 books about Harry in
Russian. I have rereaded every book at least 3 times. By the way I have 2 first
books in English. I downloaded the third book lately and I read it now. I think
that books about Harry better to read in English than in Russian, because you
can practice your language, find out new words and English isn’t difficult for
understanding in these books, so you needn’t open a dictionary very often.
Several times I watch films about Harry in English, but they are more difficult

My Childhood Fairytale
This time I

Me too. i don't think I am a fan ot HP, but i really enjoy watching all that films. They are great pictures!
ОтветитьУдалитьI remember the time, when I was reading Harry Potters book for two or three days. I think, this fairy-tail has really influenced on my childhood mind and changed it a lot. Anyway, this book was one of my favorites when I was a child. But I can't say the same about the Harry Potter's films. When I saw the second film I was about eight years old and I found it very scared. To say the truth, even when I saw the seventh part I was scared a little bit. Thats why I prefer comedies.
ОтветитьУдалитьAbout 5 years later and earlier Harry Potter was my favorite literature character, I had read books at least 3-5 times, watched films. I remember that in the first day when the last book sold in Russia, I went from the mathematics olimpiad earlier in order to read it as quick as possible. Also I remember than books from 4 till 7 I read in the first day of their sells in Russia.I was really upset when the story was ended.
